- Orders placed after 18:00 on Friday or during the weekend/bank holidays will be processed starting the following business day.
2. Transit & Delivery Time
After your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time is as follows:
- Delivery Time: 5–7 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 6–9 business days from the moment of purchase.
Please note: Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday). During peak seasonal periods or UK Bank Holidays, minor delays may occur.
3. Shipping Costs

5. Delivery Constraints
- We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
- We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or automated parcel lockers.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Naupu cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Address Changes & Cancellations
- Address Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at info@naupu.com immediately. We can only amend details before the order enters the "Processing" stage.
- Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may have already been dispatched, in which case it must be treated as a return.

As Naupu operates and ships domestically within the United Kingdom, you can shop with confidence knowing that no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order. The total price displayed at checkout is final, with no hidden fees upon delivery.
